Job summary

Burnt Ends Restaurant Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the full HR function in our fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with management on manpower planning, recruitment priorities, salary proposals, and staffing issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, work passes, and payroll processes, while handling employee relations and documentation with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Experience in F&B or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment rules and MOM/CPF/WICA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full HR function in collaboration with management.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, salary proposals and staffing issues.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and work pass matters.
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave, claims, and salary changes.
