Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a data analytics professional to transform RSAF's HR operations with advanced analytics, ML and AI-driven solutions. You will design predictive models for workforce planning and talent management, and build AI-enabled HR tools while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical analytics.

The role requires a CS/IS/Analytics background, 3+ years in data analytics/BI, proficiency in Python and R, and strong communication to convey

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and R; data visualization with Power BI or Tableau; ETL and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex HR requirements into technical analytics solutions.

What the role is:

You will transform RSAF's HR operations through technical implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI-driven solutions.You support the transformation of HR operations through application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions, for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

What you will be working on:

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to transform RSAF's HR operations and decision-making processes
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives
• Build and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for HR optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions

Challenge(s): Translating complex HR business requirements into robust technical analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact, Ensuring analytical models remain accurate and relevant while adapting to evolving organisational needs and data landscapes

What we are looking for:

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence is preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R), data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), database management and ETL processes, machine learning frameworks and CRISP-DM methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner(Applicants with no experience may apply.)
