Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an experienced People Analytics and AI Solutions professional to lead HR reporting, analytics, and governance across HR systems. You will orchestrate data extraction from Workday, build reliable dashboards, and promote AI adoption to inform workforce decisions.

You will work with Excel, Python or R, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot to automate processes, strengthen data governance, and deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR analytics, reporting, HR systems, or related field.
• Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Workday, HR reporting, and data management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights through dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including management reporting, workforce dashboards, statutory submissions, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate across stakeholders on reporting templates and logic changes to avoid disruption.
• Lead extraction, validation, and management of HR data from Workday to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Provide actionable workforce insights and present recommendations to HR and business leaders.
