Responsibilities

• Implement enhancements based on Change Requests.
• Perform application testing and close defects.
• Provide production support to users and resolve issues.
• Provide resolution and/or workarounds to reported issues and problems.
• Liaise with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and elevate whenever required.
