Qualifications

• Experience in application development, support or software engineering.
• Java knowledge required; exposure to Pega is a plus.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement application enhancements based on approved change requests.
• Perform application testing, defect resolution and deployment support.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and respond to user queries.
• Analyse reported issues and provide appropriate resolutions or workarounds.
• Liaise with external system teams to resolve integration or production issues where required.
• Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and meet service level agreements (SLAs), escalating issues where necessary.
• Work with the team to support continuous improvement of application performance and processes.
