JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a mid-level software professional to join our Application Enhancement and Maintenance Support Team, focusing on Pega development.

You will implement changes, test applications, provide production support, and work with external systems to resolve issues while ensuring deliverables meet quality and SLA requirements. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in computer studies and 1-2 years hands-on Pega development experience.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in Pega development.

Responsibilities

• Implement enhancements per Change Requests.
• Perform application testing and closure of application defects.
• Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.
• Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.
• Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and elevate whenever required.
• Contribute as part of the Application Enhancement / Maintenance Support Team.
