Responsibilities

• Implement enhancement based on Change Requests.
• Perform application testing and closure of defects.
• Provide production support to users and resolve issues.
• Provide resolution/workaround to reported problems.
• Liaise with external systems when resolving production issues.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality.
• Meet SLAs and accelerate when required.

Job description

Pega Developer that will be part of the Application Enhancement / Maintenance Support Team.

• Implement enhancement based on requirements specified in Change Requests.
• Perform application testing and closure of application defects.
• Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.
• Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.
• Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and accelerate whenever required.

Note: Open to junior candidate who has knowledge in Java and willing to learn Pega and other technologies required by the project.
