Job summary

AURELIUS SOFTWARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pega developer to collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into robust features. You will participate in incident management, change requests, troubleshooting, and help define metrics for performance.

Candidates should have hands-on Pega development experience and be ready to support 24/7 on occasions. Certifications (SA/SSA/LSA) are a plus. Join a dynamic BPM-focused environment and contribute across the full SDLC lifecycle with SME

Qualifications

Prior hands-on Pega Development experience.
Willing to support 24/7 on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Project Team to understand client requirements and translate them into features.
Collaborate with the Team to set specifications for new or existing applications.
Participate in incident management and change requests.
Troubleshoot and debug applications when needed.
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
Work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals.
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases.
