Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using the PEGA Platform.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and solution development methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations and application interfaces.
• Knowledge of application deployment, production support, and release management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PEGA applications in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Translate functional and system requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable application solutions.
• Build and implement integrations between PEGA and enterprise systems using industry-standard integration approaches and APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, testers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support application deployment activities, including release management, production implementation, and post-release stabilization.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design discussions across project teams.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
