Accenture Southeast Asia is launching a PEGA x Developer Crossover Hire-to-Train program in Singapore. This role targets developers looking to pivot into PEGA Application Development, combining training with hands-on project experience.

As an Analyst – Team Lead/Specialist, you’ll translate client requirements, define specifications, troubleshoot applications, and collaborate with PMs, architects, and SMEs to drive performance goals.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates bring prior experience in Java
• Supervisory or leadership experience (direct/indirect)
