Qualifications

• 4–5 years of work experience in private equity real estate or similar project management roles.
• Knowledge of URA zoning, BCA codes, NEA, SCDF, LTA processes.
• Experience with evaluating project financials (IRR, NPV, ROI) and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage feasibility studies for investment and development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants to prepare concept and budget proposals.
• Evaluate project financials including IRR, NPV, ROI and risk sensitivity.
• Ensure alignment with fund investment strategy and asset class objectives.
• Prepare detailed project timelines, milestones, and critical path schedules.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and governance-compliant processes.
