Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, finance or related field.
• Experience in billing, workforce administration or payroll.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; leadership skills.
• Analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate billing submission and reconciliation.
• Govern attendance, payroll inputs and billing cut-offs across teams.
