Job summary

Hilton Singapore Orchard is seeking an Assistant Manager, Payroll to lead the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role requires a diploma in accounting or related discipline and at least 3 years in a similar capacity, preferably with hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in hospitality industry would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
• Analyse payroll, overtime, headcount, productivity and labour cost trends to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time; reconcile payroll accounts.
• Prepare payroll and overtime accruals journals entries.
• Maintain payroll-related balance sheet schedules.
• Respond to team member payroll inquiries promptly.
• Monitor actual working hours vs contracted hours and identify variances.
