Job summary

YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited in Singapore is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

You will act as a key liaison between employees, HCBPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent employee experience while driving efficiency. This role requires 2–4 years of payroll/benefits experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and solid Excel/HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of payroll/benefits experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and local regulations (CPF/IRAS).
• Strong numerical skills and data integrity mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits programs including insurance and leave.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HCBPs, vendors and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.
