Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive a large-scale transformation in payments and transaction banking. You will own complex change workstreams, coordinating across business, operations, technology, and risk to deliver client-impacting changes from planning through transition into BAU.

The role requires strong programme management, governance discipline and stakeholder management, with experience in payments or cash management advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management or change delivery experience in banking or regulated financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, planning, governance, RAID, dependency tracking, and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Experience in payments, transaction banking or cash management is highly preferred, especially with client-facing or operational change.
• Understanding of corporate banking client environments and interactions with banking services; treasury exposure may help.
• Exposure to client connectivity or payments channels (host-to-host, file-based, APIs, digital channels, SWIFT) is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating client migrations, communications, documentation, implementation or servicing-related change.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk, including multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of change workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies and execution through implementation and stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision records, change controls and governance reporting with clear risk mitigations.
• Coordinate assessments of current and future-state impacts across payments channels and supporting technology.
• Translate business impacts into executable delivery plans covering sequencing, readiness and risk management.
• Coordinate client-impacting documentation and communications for migration or legal-entity changes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations and Product to secure approvals and audit-ready documentation.
• Support client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring changes are communicated and delivered with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, cutover planning, runbooks and transition into BAU with post-implementation stability monitoring.
