United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive the delivery of its new payments platform and related real-time payment initiatives across ASEAN. The role requires shaping architecture, governance and delivery for complex cross-border payment programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer outcomes.

Formación

Over 15 years of technical and delivery experience, preferably in banking/transactions.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to transform development organisations into high-performance squads.
Ability to mentor and grow senior leads into top performers.
Experience managing large teams (100+ developers) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Technical leadership of payments platform implementations under a major transformation program.
Provide oversight and guidance to technical leads and senior IT professionals.
Drive strategy, roadmaps and implementation for the payments portfolio across the organisation.
Champion change initiatives and lead organizational, cultural and process improvements.
Build capabilities within the team and manage vendors and internal resources to ensure value delivery.
