The role blends sales support, technical implementation, and process improvements, requiring strong stakeholder management and a solid understanding of payment ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e-commerce environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of card products, payment processing and merchant acquiring ecosystems.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation, or business support roles.
• Hands-on programming or scripting in Python, VBA or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth through merchant onboarding and relationship management.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e-commerce and platforms.
• Translate merchant requirements into solution designs and transaction flows; collaborate with PSPs and vendors.
• Support API-based integrations, review specifications, authentication, payloads and error handling.
• Develop lightweight apps, scripts, and automation to improve processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continual service improvement.
