Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with existing and prospective merchants on optimisation strategies.
• Serve as an internal and merchant-facing expert on payment optimisation.
• Develop optimisation narratives/tools supported by rigorous analysis.
• Deploy sophisticated optimisation playbooks and analyses across customer portfolio.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap.
• Provide feedback to improve self-serve offerings.
