You will train sales teams, relay merchant feedback to product, and work with Mandarin to coordinate with the Greater China team. 8+ years in payments or ops, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in fast-moving settings are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments or operations at a technology company or payments consultancy.
• Present directly to merchants with strong verbal and written communication.
• Work independently and drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
• Handle data processing and analysis to a high standard.
• Speak and write Mandarin to liaise closely with the Greater China team.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment optimisation discussions with existing and prospective high-value merchants.
• Build optimisation narratives, tools, and playbooks backed by rigorous analysis.
• Train and equip sales teams to run payment performance conversations.
• Deploy optimisation analyses across the merchant portfolio using existing tooling.
• Relay merchant findings and feedback into the product roadmap.
