Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore seeks a Senior Payments Performance Lead to drive data-driven optimization across major merchants in Asia. You will build narratives, tools and playbooks to reduce card network costs, improve acceptance, and manage cross-border flows.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to win deals, mentor teams, and present insights to senior leaders. Mandarin proficiency is essential to liaise with Greater China stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments or operations at a leading technology company, or consultancy in payments industry.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in unstructured, fast-moving environments and can handle ambiguity.
• Self-starter capable of driving business results with minimal supervision.
• Experience presenting directly to merchants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills.
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with Greater China team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with existing and prospective merchants; provide Sales with tools and training.
• Serve as internal and merchant-facing expert on payment optimization strategies.
• Gather and build on company payments expertise to create optimization narratives/tools with rigorous analysis.
• Use tools to deploy optimization playbooks and analyses across the customer portfolio.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Provide feedback on tools and playbooks to improve self-serve offerings.
