Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a data-driven Network Operations / Payment Operations Manager to own and optimize the network of merchant acquiring banks, card processors, gateways, and card brands. You will drive authorization rate optimization and interchange fee control while ensuring compliant, efficient operation across the processing footprint.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Partners to maximize approval rates and minimize costs, balancing security and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Payment Operations, Network Operations, Merchant Acquiring, or Card Operations within FinTech, e-Commerce, SaaS, or high-volume platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the network of merchant acquiring banks, card processing partners, payment gateways, and card brand connections.
• Drive authorization rate optimization, interchange fee control, and 3DS routing across the footprint.
• Lead strategic partner and account management with acquirers, processors, and gateways.
• Monitor KPIs and manage incident response to ensure SLAs and performance targets.
