Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a data-driven, commercially minded Network Operations / Payment Operations Manager to own and optimize our PSPs, eWallets, APMs, and bank rails. You will drive conversion, reliability, volumes, and fee auditing across our payment infrastructure.

You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, and external partners, ensuring high success rates while keeping costs in check.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of direct experience in Payment Operations or Partner Management within FinTech, e‑commerce, or high‑volume platforms.
• Deep knowledge of non-card payment rails and PSP infrastructures, Open Banking, instant bank transfers, and APMs.
• Proven ability to analyze conversion funnels, error codes, and technical failure points to improve success rates.
• Hands-on experience negotiating processing agreements, fee structures, and enforcing SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent partner-facing communication and ability to present insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and commercial contact for PSPs, eWallets, APMs, and bank partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, monitor SLAs, success rates, and roadmap alignment.
• Manage onboarding, KYB/KYC updates, and account configurations with partners.
• Design and refine dynamic payment routing, fallback retries, and cost-optimized payment flows.
