Job summary

Citi is hiring in Singapore for a Payments Modernization Product Development Lead Specialist. You will own and deliver modernization initiatives across multiple payment types, partnering with Citi clients and internal teams to co-create solutions and drive outcomes.

You will work with technology, operations and country product teams from requirements to implementation, analyzing gaps, dependencies and opportunities to improve customer experience and business impact.

Qualifications

• Product management experience with strong technical knowledge in payments and ecosystems.
• Experience delivering large customer experience projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Direct or indirect external client experience and passion for customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with leadership and consensus-building abilities.
• Ability to self-direct work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to solicit input and involve others in decisions.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own, deliver and manage execution of payments modernization initiatives across payment types.
• Partner with Citi clients to validate and co-create solutions; coordinate with Sales, RMs, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance.
• Collaborate with technology and country product teams through requirements gathering to implementation.
• Analyze current vs future state offerings, identify improvements and innovations.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and roadblocks.
• Analyze, iterate and track feature performance post-launch for UX and business impact.
• Operate in ambiguous situations and work collaboratively across teams.
