Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Payments Modernization Product Development Lead Specialist to own, deliver and manage execution of payments modernization initiatives across Instant payments, ACH, Direct Debit, RTGS and Cross Border payments.

You will partner with Citi clients to validate and co-create solutions and collaborate with Sales, RMs, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance to drive results throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of product management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in payments product space and platforms.
• Experience delivering large, customer-focused projects with stakeholders.
• Direct or indirect external client experience and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal, digital and written communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, deliver and manage execution of payments modernization initiatives across multiple payment types.
• Partner with Citi clients to validate and co-create solutions with Sales, RMs, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance.
• Collaborate with technology, operations and country product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analyses between current and future state products and identify improvements.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and roadblocks.
• Analyze, manage and iterate post-launch feature performance for UX and business impact.
• Operate in ambiguous situations and work collaboratively.
