Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years IT PM experience in financial/payments domain.
• Proven expertise in delivering complex software projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and risk considerations in payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large project teams to deliver programs within parameters.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget; manage lifecycle from requirements to implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to drive timely delivery.
