Job summary

Metacomp, a Singapore-based fintech licensed by MAS, is hiring a Payment & Card Operations Analyst. You will manage fiat liquidity, payment flows and card operations with real responsibility from day one.

You’ll work cross-functionally with trading, sales, compliance and banks, handling inquiries, reconciliations and client updates while learning the end-to-end payments lifecycle. This role offers hands-on ownership in a fast-paced fintech, with ad hoc evening shifts and a chance to grow in

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in finance/treasury/payments/ops roles.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and reconciliations.
• Clear, prompt written communication; client/bank liaison.
• Calm and methodical under time pressure; respect bank cut-offs.
• Willing to work ad hoc evening shift rotations.
• Follow controls (maker-checker) and escalate issues.
• Exposure to payments, banking operations or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiat liquidity and pay-in/out flows across partners.
• Manage card issuing funding and reconciliation.
• Serve clients and update on payment status.
• Coordinate with banks and PSPs to resolve issues.
• Assist compliance in transaction monitoring and flag suspicious activity.
