Job summary

You will manage end-to-end commercial cards onboarding, coordinate with stakeholders, respond to inquiries by email and phone, provide regular updates, monitor onboarding progress, and assist the sales team with tasks.

Qualifications

• Diplomas or Graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple tasks and work independently after training.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs for payment services.
• Manage end-to-end commercial cards and merchant onboarding process.
• Respond to corporates and their cardholders/merchants inquiries and conduct investigations.
• Provide regular updates to corporate and their cardholders/merchants, maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor and report on onboarding progress and sales referrals.
• Translate administrative duties, verifying documents and system records for accuracy.
• Support the sales team in operational tasks to drive department success.
• Participate in ad-hoc administrative projects.
