Job summary

Adecco Personnel is partnering with a leading bank in Singapore to recruit a Client Implementation Specialist, Payments & Integration (ISO 20022 & APIs) for a 1-year contract. The role provides project management and technical leadership to migrate clients to new services, data requirements, specifications, and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in client implementation, onboarding, integration, or technical consulting roles.
• Experience supporting end-to-end client implementations, including requirements gathering, integration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Hands-on experience with system integration technologies, including file-based and API-based integration.
• Experience troubleshooting integration-related issues and working directly with clients to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage client migration activities using best-practice project management methodologies.
• Conduct client training and provide advisory support throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Support client system testing, rollout, and post-migration readiness activities.
• Collaborate extensively with external clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
• Use data extraction and transformation technologies to generate operational and management reports that track migration progress.
