Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Banking Project Manager with 15+ years in project management within banking, financial or consulting sectors. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate large cross-functional teams across banking domains including Wholesale Banking, Payments, and API integrations.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive risk management, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining governance and quality standards

Qualifications

15+ years in project management in banking/financial/consulting.
10+ years in project planning, forecasting and budgeting for large banking projects.
5+ years recent experience in Wholesale Banking or Payments/Swift/Cash Management.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

End-to-end overall project management.
Track quality, scope, timeline, effort and resources.
Develop and execute the project plan and analyse proposals impacting schedule and budget.
Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones and tasks.
Stakeholder management with Business Project Managers; manage escalation, expectations and conflicts.
Scope management: review changes and ensure PSC approvals.
Project governance: prepare investment deck and manage PSC/PWC meetings.
