Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payments Migration & Implementation Specialist to lead client migrations across payment platforms and connectivity solutions from a central location in Singapore.

The role blends project management with hands-on implementation and client engagement to ensure smooth transitions. You will coordinate end-to-end migration activities, train clients, and work with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in payments, transaction banking, fintech, or implementation/project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate payment products, including GIRO, FAST, TT, and cross-border payments.
• Experience with system integration concepts, including APIs and file-based connectivity.
• Proven track record in client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client migration and implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Conduct client training, workshops, and migration advisory sessions.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve project and integration issues.
• Support file-based and API-based integration implementations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare migration status and management reports.
