Job summary

SenSen Technology, a Singapore-based fintech, is seeking a Payment and Digital Wallet Product Manager to shape the roadmap from discovery to launch within a regulated environment.

You will own BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, work with engineering to deliver secure wallet and payment features, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements while coordinating with stakeholders across business units.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of product management or related product delivery experience in payments and digital wallets.
• Good knowledge of payments, digital wallets and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience preparing BRDs, workflows, product requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to deliver technology products.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap and Discovery: design, own and execute the product roadmap and priorities; lead product discovery; define measures using data and feedback.
• Business Requirements and Workflow Design: prepare BRDs, workflow designs and acceptance criteria; translate requirements for engineering and design teams.

The Sensenpay platform helps SMEs & Corporates launch and manage secure payment services through configurable workflows, wallet functions and API integrations. We focus on reliable payment operations for regulated, enterprise and government-related use cases.

The Role

SenSen is seeking a Product Manager to lead payment platform and digital-wallet products from discovery to launch. The Product Manager will get to work with one of the most advance and knowledgeable team in the industry.

What You Will Do

Product Roadmap and Discovery

• Work with management to design, own and execute the product roadmap and priorities.
• Lead product discovery. Understand user needs, business needs and operational problems.
• Define product measures. Use data and user feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.

Business Requirements and Workflow Design

• Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), workflow designs, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear deliverables for engineering and design teams.

Product Delivery and Launch

• Manage the product backlog. Guide delivery from planning and development through testing and launch.
• Plan user acceptance testing. Support operational readiness, documentation, training and rollout.
• Monitor product performance after launch. Work with the relevant teams to resolve issues and improve the product.

Payments, Wallets and Compliance

• Design payment and wallet journeys. These may cover onboarding, wallet funding, payments, balances, limits, refunds, disputes, reconciliation and settlement.
• Work with compliance, risk and security teams. Build relevant KYC, AML/CFT, privacy and control requirements into the product.
• Coordinate integrations with banks, payment networks, processors, merchants and technology partners.

Stakeholder Management

• Keep management and delivery teams aligned on scope, priorities, risks and progress.
• Balance customer needs, commercial goals, delivery effort and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

Experience

• Three (3) to five (5) years of product management or related product delivery experience in dealing with payments and digital wallet.
• Good knowledge of payments, digital wallets and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience preparing BRDs, workflows, product requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to deliver technology products.

Product and Technical Skills

• Able to understand APIs, integrations and system dependencies.
• Strong analytical skills. Able to use data to set priorities and measure results.
• Experience working in an agile product environment.
• Able to plan user acceptance testing and support a controlled product launch.

Domain and Regulatory Knowledge

• Experience in a regulated payment institution, fintech company, bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and risk requirements for payment or wallet products is preferred.
• Exposure to customer due diligence, AML/CFT controls, safeguarding, transaction monitoring or payment security is preferred.
• Experience with cards, account-to-account payments, QR payments, wallet ledgers, payment gateways or merchant acquiring is useful.

Communication

• Clear written and verbal communication. Able to explain product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, attention to detail and strong ownership.
