Qualifications

• Must be comfortable to use computer for patient registration, scheduling, and payments
• Must be able to start as early as 7am on certain days and follow rostered start times

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate referrals to specialists
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns and escalate when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide high level customer service
• Assist at Health monitoring station with taking height, weight, and blood pressure as rostered
