Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage patient enrolment, onboarding, and billing tasks. The role involves scheduling home/tele visits, handling inquiries, and coordinating post-discharge processes including medication delivery and discharge summaries.

You will guide patients on self-monitoring devices, assist with bed management and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth home visits. Daily EPIC monitoring and inventory checks are also required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with relevant healthcare admin experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistics knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to patient enrolment including financially counselling onboarding and billing.
• Schedule home/tele visits and handle inquiries from internal and external parties.
• Coordinate post-discharge plans including medication delivery and discharge summaries.
• Provide guidance on self-monitoring devices for patients.
• Assist with bed management coordination for diagnostic tests and care escalation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and therapists on home visit matters.
• Perform daily admin duties including monitoring referral lists in EPIC and discharge actualization.
• Perform inventory checks on Vital Sign Monitoring Kit.
• Coordinate settlement of discharge issues with nursing.
• Work with other service providers and departments in discharge duties.
• Support corporate activities and community projects.
• Suggest improvements and refine daily performance.
• Assist in other administrative duties as assigned.
