Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Patient Services Assistant to support frontline healthcare operations at Yishun. The role involves guiding patients, assisting those with mobility needs, and ensuring smooth navigation of services within the clinic.

You will assist with basic health measurements, encourage use of self-service kiosks and apps, and help patients complete medical questionnaires as part of the intake process. 5.5 days work week with Saturday half-day.

Responsabilités

• Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them in navigating the healthcare system.
• Provide assistance to patients who require wheelchairs or other special assistance.
• Identify and tag fall-risk patients, issue facemasks, and take temperatures of patients presenting with flu or fever symptoms.
• Educate and encourage patients to use self-service kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurements when required.
• Provide wayfinding assistance and handle general enquiries.
• Assist eligible patients with completing medical questionnaires.

Working Days: 5.5 days per week, including Saturday half-day
