Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a frontline healthcare support professional in West Singapore. The role requires delivering prompt, empathetic frontline services to patients and managing admissions, discharges, appointments and records across rotating shifts.

The position offers a monthly salary up to SGD 2,800 with shift allowances, AWS and a variable bonus, plus good benefits and a renewable/convertible contract. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline services to patients with care, empathy and professionalism.
• Handle admissions and discharges, schedule appointments and manage patient records.

Job description

• Location: West
• 3 Rotating shifts (5 days work week / Monday to Sunday, including PH)
  3 rotating shifts including midnight shifts
  AM: 7.30am to 3.30pm
  PM: 1.30pm to 9.30pm
  NIGHT: 9pm – 8am
• Salary up to $2,800 + shift allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities

• To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients.
• Handle theadmissions and discharges proceduresof patients' visits, appointment scheduling and administration of patients' records.

Job Requirements

• Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
• Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
• Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
