Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is looking for a frontline coordinator to support patient care at our clinic partners in Singapore. You will conduct appointment reminders for upcoming visits, help patients schedule their next appointments and participate in outreach activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating HSG consultation appointments for enrolled patients and explaining the “My Care Team” to patients. Training is provided; no prior experience required and immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Min N / O / A / Diploma in any courses
• Able to start work immediately
• No exp needed - training provided

Responsibilities

• Conduct appointment reminders to patients on their upcoming appointment or assist patient in scheduling their next appointment
• Participate in outreach activities, including sending of SMSes, making phone calls, and distributing mailers, to patients who are yet enrolled in HSG
• Coordinate and book HSG consultation appointments for enrolled patients
• Communicating of “My Care Team” to patients
