Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a patient meal service supervisor in Singapore West. You will coordinate meal orders, check accuracy before delivery, handle inquiries and complaints, and monitor temperatures and hygiene to ensure Halal and food safety standards are met.

The role requires 5–7 years in F&B with supervisory experience, basic Food Hygiene certification, and comfort with cold room environments. Rotating shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or NITEC.
• 5–7 years of relevant F&B experience, including supervisory experience.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certification required.
• Experience in hospital, hotel or high-volume food services preferred.
• Able to work in cold room environments (4–18°C) and handle physical duties.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal orders and catering requests.
• Check meal accuracy before delivery to patients.
• Handle patient meal enquiries and complaints.
• Monitor food temperatures and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and Halal requirements.
• Support daily food service operations and reporting.

Education

GCE N/O Level or NITEC

5–7 years F&B experience including supervisory

Basic Food Hygiene Certification

Hospital/hotel/high-volume food service experience preferred

Ability to work in cold rooms (4–18°C)

Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
