Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites qualified Diploma or Degree holders to apply for the Patient Service Officer role in Singapore. You will oversee admission and discharge processes with a focus on fast, courteous service for patients and families.

Responsibilities include registration, billing, audits, roster planning, staff coaching, KPI tracking, and collaboration with doctors, clinics, insurers and the public to ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in admission & discharge in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Establish and review registration, admission, financial counselling, billing & payment processes.
• Audit cashier collections, day end closing and daily banking of cash and cheques.
• Prepare duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage across service centres.
• Assist staff with enquiries and maintain rapport with patients, doctors, clinic staff and insurers.
• Ensure queries are attended to efficiently within service standards.
• Manage staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Run roll calls and staff briefings.
• Manage accounts receivable, refunds and reimbursements to doctors and insurers.
• Plan training in MediTech Expanse system and SOP compliance.
• Provide coaching to new staff and manage rosters.
• Monitor KPIs for Admission & Discharge and participate in improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the patient journey and deliver prompt, polite service.
