Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Verify and update patient particulars, appointment information and relevant records accurately
Coordinate appointments and support the smooth flow of daily clinic schedules
Attend to phone calls, enquiries and requests, directing matters to the appropriate team when required
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient and administrative records
Provide administrative and clerical support to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
Assist with basic patient-support activities as directed by the relevant healthcare personnel
Handle patient and medical information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Support documentation, filing and other clinic administrative activities as required
GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma or other relevant qualifications
Interest in healthcare, medical services, patient services or administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, organised and attentive to details
Comfortable handling routine administrative tasks and working with computer systems
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and procedures
Comfortable working in a patient-facing clinical environment
