Hoplite Hospitality Associates is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to oversee a kitchen section and work with our team to deliver set menu items that impress guests. The role emphasizes hygiene, cleanliness and inventory standards within a fast-paced environment.

You will follow recipes, conduct prep, and support Senior Chefs in delivering high-quality dishes, while developing skills across kitchen areas and assisting with onboarding new joiners.

Qualificações

• Passion and dedication to cooking.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is beneficial but not essential.
• Good command of spoken English preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes, perform kitchen prep, and set station as directed by Senior Chefs.
• Work with the team to prepare high-quality dishes to exact specifications.
• Oversee a section while developing skills across all kitchen areas.
• Handle receiving, storage, and replenishment of dry and fresh goods.
• Participate in stock counts and minimise wastage.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitisation, and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Learn to use and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Participate in ongoing on-the-job training and onboarding of new joiners.
• Assist with additional duties as requested by Senior Chefs.
