Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other pastries according to our recipes and quality expectations.
• Maintain consistency and high standards in daily production.
• Organize and manage daily pastry operations, including mise en place and oven timing.
• Monitor inventory of baking supplies and coordinate with the team on stock needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section at all times.
• Work closely with the café team to plan production around daily demand and special occasions.
• Contribute new ideas for seasonal items or improvements, when relevant.
