DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking an individual to provide pastoral care, mentoring, and student support within a primary school setting. The role focuses on building positive relationships and promoting social-emotional well-being and character development.

The candidate will guide students in self-regulation and conflict resolution, support discipline activities, and collaborate with teachers and school leaders to address student concerns.

Formación

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage primary school students.
• 1 year of relevant experience in education or social services working with children/youths.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and support to identified students.
• Build positive relationships and promote students' social-emotional well-being and character development.
• Guide students in self-regulation, conflict resolution, and positive behaviour.
• Support discipline activities and supervise conduct and safety during activities.

Job Description

• Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and support to identified students.
• Build positive relationships and promote students’ social-emotional well-being and character development.
• Guide students in self-regulation, conflict resolution, communication, and positive behaviour.
• Support discipline activities, including controlled recess, corrective work, detention, and suspension.
• Help reduce student lateness and conduct patrols around corridors, classrooms, and after-school areas.
• Monitor and document students’ behavioural, emotional, social, and learning-related concerns.
• Submit weekly updates and feedback to the Student Development Team.
• Report concerns and maintain confidential records of student interventions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with teachers, school leaders, and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other student management duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage primary school students from diverse backgrounds.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the education or social service sector, working with children or youths
