Performance Motors Limited is seeking a Parts Admin and Inventory Assistant to manage parts orders, stock records and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across the automotive operation.

You will coordinate with warehouse, operations and Finance to resolve variances, perform monthly cycle counts, monitor backorders and maintain digital records and filing, to support smooth day-to-day activities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience handling logistic documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process parts orders, goods receipts and inventory transactions accurately.
• Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices and delivery documents.
• Monitor backorders and liaise with suppliers for timely updates.
• Maintain inventory records and support monthly stock reconciliations.
