Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeks a dynamic Partnerships & Programmes specialist for the Founders' Memorial in Singapore. You will build strategic partnerships, design programmes, curate community engagement, and expand FM's impact through inclusive, intercultural programming.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to deliver compelling experiences and meaningful participation for citizens and visitors.

Qualifications

Background in a relevant field such as arts, business, communications, public policy or social sciences.
Preferably at least four years of relevant experience, with a track record in partnership management & programme development.
Work experience in a museum or attraction setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Programme Development: Build up FM's suite of programmes and pilot new models, evaluating effectiveness.
Campaign development & implementation: Plan end-to-end awareness and engagement campaigns.
Stakeholder Outreach & Management: Build networks with community partners and schools.
Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor impact and prepare reports on initiatives.
Budget Stewardship: Allocate and track budget utilisation for programmes.
