Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills. Good command of the English language (written & verbal) — candidates who are proficient in a Mother Tongue language will be considered favourably as selected candidate would be required to engage diverse groups of non-English speaking stakeholders.
Strong understanding of audience development & community engagement strategies, particularly in the context of facilitating cross-cultural interactions. Values authenticity and human connection. Have a keen interest to promote intercultural dialogue and understanding. Proficiency in project management & the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with evaluation methods & reporting techniques to measure the impact of programmes. Some weekend and after-work hours engagements might be required – candidates should be prepared to exercise some flexibility in his/her work schedule.
