Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites applications for a Grant Programme Manager within the Digital Readiness Group in Singapore. You will oversee the Digital for Life and SG Partnership Fund, ensuring governance, delivery of fund objectives and effective stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 4–8 years in public or charity sectors, strong project management, and excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple workstreams with partners across public, private and people sectors.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in public, community, social service or charity sectors
• Experience in grant administration, partnership management, business development or industry development
• Strong planning and project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiations
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong aptitude in financial data analysis and risk assessment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage IMDA’s grant programmes under the Digital for Life and SG Partnership Fund, ensuring effective administration, governance and delivery of fund objectives.
• Develop impactful projects with public, private and people sector partners by identifying community needs, shaping project concepts and defining measurable outcomes.
• Review and evaluate grant proposals, monitor progress and oversee grant awards, claims and disbursements.
• Monitor fund utilisation, track KPIs and prepare regular reports for fund management and accountability.
• Serve as secretariat to the Digital for Life Fund Steering Committee and coordinate meeting materials and actions.
• Manage key donor accounts and stakeholder relationships with timely engagement and clear communication.
• Support grant governance, systems implementation and process improvement for compliance and documentation.
• Assist Digital for Life events and partnership-building efforts and strengthen awareness and participation.
