Job summary

The Red Pencil (Singapore) is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Intern to support donor engagement and fundraising in a non-profit setting. You will assist with donor research, proposal preparation, corporate outreach, and event coordination under supervision.

This hands‑on internship offers exposure to fundraising operations, donor databases like Ka‑Ching, and collaboration with internal teams to align initiatives with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in business management, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Data analysis experience is an advantage.
• Prior fundraising or event coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential donors, corporate sponsors, and funding opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of grant applications, fundraising proposals, and donor outreach materials.
• Support the planning, organisation, and execution of fundraising events and campaigns (both online and offline).
• Maintain and update donor records in the donation management system (Ka‑Ching).
• Provide administrative support to the corporate partnerships team as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align fundraising initiatives with organisational goals.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising efforts.
