Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Fundraising professional in Singapore to plan and execute donor campaigns and sponsorship activities supporting long-term sustainability.

You will build relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community groups, coordinating events from planning through reporting, and tracking performance with accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, event coordination, community outreach, or non-profit environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
• Team player who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities concurrently.

• Plan and execute fundraising initiatives, donor campaigns, and sponsorship activities to support the organisation’s long-term sustainability goals.

• Explore new funding opportunities including grants, collaborations, recurring giving programmes, and donor retention strategies to enhance revenue growth.
