Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Partner Sales Engineer to empower its partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and India. You will lead technical engagements, build compelling demonstrations, and translate customer needs into actionable proof-of-concept assets.

Leverage identity and access management expertise to enable System Integrators and partner teams, driving successful customer outcomes while collaborating with field engineers and sales. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing professional services or presales roles.
• Strong base of SI industry knowledge.
• Ability to develop relationships with System Integrators and Ping Identity partner teams.
• Ability to rapidly create demos using mobile/web apps, APIs and platform configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage partner communities.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Foster close relationships with delivery partners to support technical sales and mutual success plans.
• Support partner teams to enable them and drive business goals.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with Field SE and broader opportunities.
• Help expand the partner network through events, trainings, and joint initiatives.
• Deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops to accelerate engagements.
• Identify gaps in partner enablement and execute plans to close them.
• Travel up to 30% as needed to support engagements.
