ENSIGN INFOSECURITY (CYBERSECURITY) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant specialising in Access & Identity Management to design, implement, integrate and operate enterprise IAM solutions. The role covers from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and post‑implementation operations, working closely with customers and project teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity, particularly PingAM and PingDS.
• Proven experience delivering IAM projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-implementation operations.
• Strong understanding of: Identity lifecycle management, Access provisioning and deprovisioning, Access certification and governance, RBAC, Authentication and authorisation, SSO, Identity federation, Directory services.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications, databases and directories.
• Familiarity with identity and security protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and LDAP.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business, security and technical requirements for IAM initiatives.
• Design, configure and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
• Implement Ping Identity solutions, with focus on authentication, authorization and access management.
• Take ownership of IAM workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, installation, testing, deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint and Ping Identity environments and monitor system health.
• Ensure IAM implementations comply with security policies and industry best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, test plans and runbooks.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and implementation issues.
